As it turns out, Google is returning their attention to Blogger for new and innovative ways to enhance the interactive blogging experience. Anil Sabharawal, Blogger's product manager, says bloggers should be "utilizing the full power of the modern web."
So, they have introduced a new "viewing option." For blogs hosted by Blogger, simply type "view" at the end of the the blog site's usual URL address. This will prompt a reader to Blogger's new interactive interface. It include five different types of platforms: Flipcard, Mosiac, Shapshot, Timeslide, and Sidebar. The reader has the ability to change these options on their own.
These options are not currently defaulted because it not completely customizable yet. Users may also disable this new feature if they would like. Ben Parr of Mashable reiterates Sabharawal stating, "the next quarter, you can expect these views to gain customizable backgrounds and fonts and be available as default templates."
